Exactly. Basically, while moving around Possessions are as physically real as everyone else. The only difference is that they are simultaneously an object elsewhere.

Otherwise they can still bleed, and eat, and die (at least mostly) the same as Servants and Beasts. To anyone observing they may as well have two bodies.
